Lynn advocates for the relevancy of liberal arts education, the value of higher education and the impact higher education institutions have on society, and why diversity, equity, and inclusion is the major focus for AACU and it's over 1000 members. Lynn is also the host of The Academic Minute on NPR. She highlights programs the AACU is currently working on and why the ASPIRE strategic plan is so impactful.
Lynn Pasquerella has served as the president of the Association of American Colleges and Universities since July 2016. A philosopher whose career has combined teaching and scholarship with local and global engagement, she has continuously demonstrated a deep and abiding commitment to ensuring that all students have access to excellence in liberal education, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
