Andrew talks with Joe and Liz about how Omega Notes works to help students, Generation Z and Millennials in particular, engage with course work using a social media style platform to increase retention rates. They also talk about Andrew's thoughts on open educational resources (OER), how Covid has changed learning behavior and his thoughts on the future of higher education.
Andrew's passion for EdTech stems from one simple realization: the best learning outcomes are achieved collaboratively, starting in higher education and flowing naturally into corporate cultures. Andrew developed Omega Notes as a means to engage people to learn using their social culture as the platform. He believes that individuals who learn socially integrate into corporate cultures smoothly and deliver results more quickly with less investment from their employer.
