In this episode hear about a small, private, Catholic institution in South Dakota.  Dr. Paula Langteau, President, talks about enrollment challenges, how Presentation College has increased its on-campus diversity in a rural area, & why many students are interested in becoming nurses as a result of the pandemic.  Presentation College has launched a new strategic plan with the goal of expanding their nursing program to all 50 states - through partnerships or organic growth - the need for nurses isn't happening just in South Dakota, it's happening everywhere.  Paula also talks about how she manages space on her campus balanced with developing the 'whole person'.  Don't miss it.

Langteau has 30 years of higher education experience. She previously served as the campus executive officer at the University of Wisconsin-Marinette & Bemidji State University’s Northwest Technical College campus in Minnesota.

She also served as principal consultant for Academic Game Changers Consulting, providing leadership & program consulting for institutions of higher education. In other previous roles she has served as dean of instruction at Nicolet College in Wisconsin & as director of the Center for Teaching & Learning at Georgia Perimeter College in Georgia. She began her career as an English instructor at Ball State University in Indiana.
