283: Identify Gaps to Serve Students - with Dr. Larry Johnson Jr., President, Guttman Community College

Welcome back to America’s leading higher education podcast! This is The EdUp Experience President Series Episode #89.  In this episode, sponsored by Ellucian, we welcome Dr. Larry Johnson Jr., President, Guttman Community College.  Larry talks to us about moving an institution from traditional to transformative - and why representation matters.  He discusses how disaggregating data and identifying gaps really help administrators understand and better serve underserved populations.  Larry says the national movement is looking at all operations from an "equity lens".  Guttman CC is a great disruptor for community colleges - he says the value of a community college is HERE!
