Dr. Finegold talks to us his school's rich, 150-year history, with a legacy of tackling the challenge of sustainability, voted as the greenest campus in the US.
His university is also ranked # 3 in the US for undergraduate women's leadership and is devoted to developing initiatives focusing on gender equity and intersectionality and encouraging participation in both politics and entrepreneurship across the curriculum. He explains his philosophy on systemic disparities in gender equity and how to identify, mentor and promote women into leadership roles on college campuses.
He also shares his global and corporate perspective, reflecting on the role of higher education, return on investment, and workplace readiness strategies.
